In galvanizing spinning, small steel products are placed in a centrifuge and are then submerged in molten zinc. Once raised up, the parts are then spun at a high speed. This process spins off the excess zinc, and covers the steel thoroughly. It guarantees that each corner, edge, and thread is evenly coated in zinc. It is perfectly suited for the manufacturing and surface treatment of our round and square U bolts.
